Forklift Operator - Corrugated Manufacturing

1st Shift – M-TH 5:00a-3:30p – Occasional Mandatory OT Friday

Full-time

$21 per hour

Safely and efficiently transport heavy cargo based on necessary workflows. Track inventory and inspect goods when shipping and receiving for damage. Responsible for all activities associated with safely operating and caring for the forklift.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Examine shipping document to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications

· Verify receipt quantities and pull orders to match shipping order and to maintain product quality

· Clear the production line of all finished product and store accurately in safe stacks of stock in storage areas

· Load and unload items from trucks, machines and conveyors

· Place products on equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping

· Forklift Maintenance Data, Safety Data, Quality Data

· Other duties may be assigned by management.

Job Requirements

· 2 years’ experience driving stand up and sit-down forklifts

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· The ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English

· Must be Authorized to work in the U.S. (We are an E-Verify Company)
