Champion Container provides customers with premier corrugated cartons, packaging supplies and design expertise to fit their needs. Whether it’s corrugated, packaging supplies, equipment, service or JIT/VMI programs, Champion has become a trusted one-stop-shop for customers since 1975.
General Laborers are required to perform a variety of tasks that require manual labor and use of tools, machinery, and equipment. Perform routine but varied duties in a manufacturing environment in accordance with standard procedures and safe practices. This position will work under the supervision of the Production Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist lead machine operator and assistant machine operator as necessary.
· Feed materials into machines
· Stack product
· Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
· Understand and adhere to company safety practices
Additional duties may be assigned by management
Job Requirements
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to push/pull and lift up to 50 pounds
· The ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English
· Must be Authorized to work in the U.S. (We are an E-Verify Company)
